I have broad experience working with both individual clients and couples. I received my Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler University in 2020 and have been practicing in a private practice setting ever since. I have always been drawn to mental health and helping others understand, process, and grow through their personal experiences. I believe so much of our mind and body are intertwined.
Creating a space to help people understand this connection and grow is something I am very passionate about. I am currently licensed in the states of Illinois and Pennsylvania to provide therapy. I am currently only offering telehealth services through a HIPAA secure platform.

I specialize in working with adolescents and adults with anxiety disorders, relationship struggles, adjustment disorders and life transitions. I also specialize in couples therapy. My approach to therapy is one that is collaborative and empathetic while it also challenges you to reach your optimal wellness.
When presented with these concerns, oftentimes we don’t know where to turn. I do not believe that therapy is a one-size-fits-all approach. I pull from a variety of treatment methods in order to tailor the approach to each client's specific needs. I focus on helping you regain control of your anxiety and other presenting struggles and how they are impacting your day to day life. We will discuss all aspects of your life and work to find your optimal path to bettering your mental health.
The most important driver of success in therapy is creating a comfortable and safe therapeutic relationship. I work on creating this relationship with clients to ultimately allow them a space to grow and heal. My approach to therapy prioritizes creating an inviting, non-judgmental space in which you can reach your goals.

I pull from a variety of treatment methods in order to tailor the approach to each client's specific needs. These include, but aren’t limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Existential Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Therapy. I strongly believe in the individuality of the client, and this blended approach allows me to provide each client with exactly what they need. I also incorporate physical health and wellbeing into treatment in order to promote overall mind and body wellness. We will uncover current and past health spanning from medical conditions to daily habits. We do not always hear these topics discussed when it comes to therapy, but in my opinion they are essential to sustainability.
